I ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany with two shipping options: DHL (no tracking number included) and DHL Express (includes tracking number, much faster). Shipping cost depends on the destination, I will calculate it manually and write to you after placing the order and before payment. You can check all the shipping prices on DHL website (click here). For the EU countries shipping is 6€ (DHL) and 45-56€ (DHL Express), for Germany shipping is 4€ (DHL) and 11€ (DHL Express).

The current estimated transit times for DHL packages vary based on destination, with domestic (German) orders taking 1-2 business days to arrive, European orders 2-6 weeks, and orders to the rest of the world taking anything from 5 to 12 weeks. DHL Express transit times should be around 3-7 business days worldwide, 1 day for domestic shipping in Germany.

Please note that due to shipping difficulties, not all items are available for worldwide shipping. I marked the items that are with the WORLDWIDE tag.

Prices in € are indicated next to the name of the product: the structure of this website does not allow adding two currencies, you will only see the price in ₽ at checkout - please do not mind it, you will not be charged in ₽, I will send you the invoice in € manually. Payment methods:
There are a few options available: via Paypal or via bank transfer if you order with shipping, or you can also pay in cash If you choose pick-up in Berlin.
I will calculate shipping cost manually as varies from country to country and then send you a message with payment instructions. You only pay after I send you cost calculation that includes shipping cost.

Отправкой заказов по России занимается моя подруга Наташа, создательница украшений @teplo_jewelry, поэтому вот что мы придумали: можно заказать штучки и у меня, и у девчонок, и получить их одной посылкой, сэкономив на доставке (¯▿¯)

Стоимость, сроки, отслеживание

Стоимость доставки по России составляет 350 рублей.

Срок доставки по России обычно составляет 3-10 дней, спустя 3-4 дня после оплаты я отправляю заказ и присылаю вам трек-номер, по которому можно следить за странствиями вашего заказа :)

Самовывоз

Забрать заказ можно в мастерской Teplo Jewelry в поселке Понтонный на окраине Петербурга - после оформления заказа Наташа свяжется с вами, чтобы обсудить удобное время встречи!

Курьерская доставка

Возможна из Понтонного Яндекс.Доставкой: стоимость рассчитывается согласно тарифам сервиса.
